I have 12+ years of experience in the HR field in UAE and I have excellent knowledge of UAE labour law. I am Western educated and I have a Master Degree from the University of Phoenix in USA and I am a Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager and I am currently enrolled in CIPD program.
I have extensive experience in startups in UAE. I have built departments from scratch for newly established branches. I got involved in all areas of Administration & HR starting from the general functions like payroll, employee hiring (local & international), visas, business licenses, appraisals, employee relations, writing policies and procedures, and ending with strategic planning, performance management, training and development as well as compensation and benefits.
I currently work in Ramziq Technologies which is a new Fintech startup entity with offices in DIFC and Austria. My main achievements in my current company are mainly related to setting up a strategic plan through an effective range of employment policies and practices. I have focused on the following activities which were all supported by KPIs that defined exactly how we were able to assess the progress and the impact of the HR practices. These activities include: Recruitment & Resourcing, Performance and Development, Employee Engagement Policies and Procedure, Reporting, and Compensation & Benefits as well as Budget plans.

I have flexible working style, good planning skills and I have the ability to prioritize key tasks.
