Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales activities, including tracking sales orders, shipments, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives by providing administrative support.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentation and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain customer databases and records to facilitate efficient sales processes.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall sales process.
Qualification & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- The education required is graduation.
- Proven experience in sales for 1-3 years; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen aptitude for problem-solving.
- A team player with a high level of dedication to achieving team and company goals.
