Position Overview:
As a Learning & Development Coordinator at GLOMACS, you will play a pivotal role in providing vital administrative support, ensuring seamless interactions between course participants, instructors, and internal stakeholders. We are seeking candidates who are not only enthusiastic about facilitating learning and growth but also possess exceptional communication skills. If you have experience in designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we would love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for instructors, faculty, and course participants.
- Receiving and responding to incoming customer inquiries and phone calls.
- Providing essential administrative support to facilitate daily training center operations.
- Explaining programs and services while offering guidance on center policies and procedures to faculty and participants.
- Preparing marketing materials, correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and background materials.
- Assisting new course participants with admission and registration processes.
- Coordinating necessary facilities and support for both online and classroom courses.
- Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring strict confidentiality of center information for both participants and faculty.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, notifying attendees of location and time.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Education
- Alternatively, a BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional certification is a plus
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
Skills / Training / Knowledge:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Skill in handling challenging customer situations with tact and politeness
- Appreciation of cultural diversity
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a keen business acumen
