Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Account Support Associate (ASA) will be part of the Business Support Services (BSS) team.
• The ASA program supports various service lines, including Assurance, Advisory, Tax, and Transaction Advisory Services.
• The role involves working closely with client-serving professionals such as partners, principals, executive directors, senior managers, and managers.
• Responsibilities include project management, engagement coordination, efficiency improvement, and maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balancing time between project management and analytics.
• Auditing and managing budgets and expenses.
• Ensuring compliance and due diligence.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and project plans.
• Developing a strong knowledge of the service line and engagement.
• Acting as the knowledge manager for the engagement team.
• Taking ownership of engagement economics, including hours, budgets, and fees.
• Collaborating with various teams to achieve goals.
• Coordinating risk management processes.
