We are now seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the [industry] sector and market trends in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Dubai business landscape is a plus.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
