Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and set the performance management strategy for Buna, including vision, mission, strategic objectives, and values.
• Coordinate the cascading of goals throughout the organization in collaboration with other departments.
• Assist in defining key targets and performance indicators for each department and monitor their progress.
• Conduct a gap analysis, benchmark best practices, and identify new trends to integrate into Buna’s business model.
• Ensure that all changes align with Buna’s overall strategy.
• Research and identify key business drivers to support the company’s strategies and explore new opportunities.
• Understand Buna’s current and future business challenges and formulate a strategy with specific objectives for innovation.
• Collaborate with various divisions to achieve strategic goals and develop and implement solutions.
• Communicate the strategy and its progress to stakeholders and provide technical support when necessary.
• Lead training on innovative methodologies/tools to enhance Buna’s operations.

Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing and leading strategic planning, innovation, organizational development, and design projects.
• Previous experience in successfully introducing transformative solutions in the respective sector or market.
• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Graduate degree from a reputable university, preferably in fields related to strategy, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in strategy and planning, product development, management, optimization, and market analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Effective team player with excellent relationship-building skills, discretion, and a positive attitude toward internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility and willingness to work beyond regular hours as required.

Languages:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
