Job Description: The Business Development Manager at Flat6Labs will be responsible for promoting and selling Flat6Labs’ corporate service offerings, including accelerator and innovation programs, within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. The main responsibilities include developing a business development strategy, conducting market research, generating leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, creating and delivering presentations, developing customized proposals, leading negotiations, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of the GCC business landscape, industries, and market trends.
• Established network of contacts and relationships within the GCC region.
• Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and startups.
• Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
