Job Description:
- Payoneer’s mission is to empower anyone, anywhere to participate and succeed in the global economy.
- The role involves enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and professional businesses in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region to receive global payments through Payoneer’s solutions.
- Responsibilities include increasing business adoption and market penetration.
- You’ll work in a dynamic sales environment, prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting clients on the Payoneer platform.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasked, high-energy environment and be a self-starter.
- Key responsibilities include impacting market segment share, maintaining a strong lead funnel, exploring new business segments, achieving region/segment forecasts, and creating compelling value propositions for Payoneer services.
- This role requires strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bilingual skills (English and Arabic, Turkish, or French) are required, and proficiency in email communication is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in business development, service and/or solution sales, account management, especially in payments, e-commerce, or managing large merchant acquisitions.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
- Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large and enterprise accounts.
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry, familiarity with the B2B and Enterprise Customer Segment, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, data analytics & BI tools, and working in an international company are advantageous but not mandatory.
