Core Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Sell products to target customer segments professionally.
• Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by customers.
• Utilize sales tools and resources optimally.
• Document and maintain records of sales activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and budgets.
• Participate in departmental meetings and product training.

Customer Service:

• Ensure compliance with sales objectives.
• Monitor and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers to provide products and information on required supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of customer transactions.
• Stay updated on FAB products and services as well as competitor offerings.

Internal Collaboration:

• Adhere to service level targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet client service expectations.
• Engage with key stakeholders to deliver an effective client experience.

Self-Management Responsibilities:

• Define performance goals in consultation with the reporting manager.
• Identify training and development requirements.
• Strive for proficiency in required competencies and skills.
• Stay informed about professional developments and current issues through continued education and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Proven experience in telesales or a sales/customer service role.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer systems such as CRM Systems and telephony systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
