Job Description:
The role is for a Construction Disputes Senior Associate Solicitor with at least 6 years post-qualification experience (pqe) to join a highly-regarded global law firm in Dubai. The candidate will play a key role in handling high-value construction dispute resolution matters in the UAE and across the broader Middle East.
The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the Partners in Dubai, Middle East, and international offices in managing a wide range of construction litigation and arbitration cases. The matters and clients involved are high-profile disputes across the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Common law admitted solicitor with 6 years+ pqe in high-quality construction disputes and arbitration experience gained at a legal directories rated law firm.
- The firm is looking for an ambitious and capable lawyer who is currently based in the UAE or considering relocation from London, Sydney, New Zealand, etc.
