Job Description:

1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Manage and update customer accounts and records.
5. Process customer returns and exchanges.
6. Assist customers with order placement and tracking.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance service.
8. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if needed.
