Job Description:
Shuraa is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a continuous source of information and able to assist clients with their needs, while promptly responding to all incoming correspondence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a positive and effective manner, reflecting the company’s branding and corporate image according to approved quality standards.
- Address customer complaints of various natures, identify and prioritize problems by complexity, and provide immediate solutions.
- Promote the company’s services through cross-selling to increase revenue and sales.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the call department’s activities and functionalities, supporting the team in day-to-day operations to ensure maximum productivity, flexibility, and cooperation.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- At least 0-1 year of experience in client relations and issue resolution.
