Job Description:

Shuraa is currently seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should serve as a continuous source of information, assisting clients with their needs, and promptly responding to all incoming correspondence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a positive and effective manner, ensuring the company’s branding and corporate image are reflected positively and in accordance with approved quality standards.
• Address customer complaints of various natures, identify, and prioritize problems according to complexity, and provide immediate solutions.
• Promote the company’s services through cross-selling to increase revenue and sales.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the call department’s activities and functionalities, supporting the team in day-to-day operations to ensure maximum productivity, flexibility, and cooperation.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• At least 0-1 year of experience in client relations and issue resolution.
