Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Promoter and Customer Service representative at Bayut & dubizzle, you will have a pivotal role in promoting pre-owned vehicles, engaging potential buyers, and providing outstanding customer service. Here are the key responsibilities:

1. Sales Promotion:
   • Actively engage with walk-in customers and potential buyers.
   • Showcase the range of used cars and related services.
   • Lead Generation for different types of services offered.
   • Present compelling sales pitches and address customer inquiries effectively.
2. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
   • Assist customers in identifying their specific requirements.
   • Recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs.
   • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Product Knowledge:
   • Develop an in-depth understanding of the services offered.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
4. Administrative Tasks:
   • Maintain accurate and organized customer records and sales documentation.
   • Interact and collaborate with respective teams to ensure services are completed end to end for the customer.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven work experience in handling customer queries and upselling existing services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong team player who has worked cross-functionally before.
• Highly adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly.
• Highly presentable individual with a professional attitude.
