Job Description:

The role involves providing excellent customer service via inbound calls. Here are the main roles and responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
2. Provide assistance and advice to customers regarding the company’s products.
3. Resolve product issues by understanding the customers’ complaint and informing the concerned department for resolution.
4. Gather and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
5. Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, correspondence, and transactions.
6. Record details of all customer enquiries and actions taken; prepare and submit customer activity reports.
7. Maintain and update customer database.
8. Evaluate and address problems and complaints of callers, providing proper solutions.
9. Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer.
10. Route calls to other team members as needed.
11. Make relevant notes from customer interactions.
12. Identify any issues that customers might be struggling with.
13. Report on customer feedback.
14. Complete call logs and reports.
15. Follow the company’s communication procedures and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
