Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Services Officer to oversee and manage our customer support operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Must be based in Dubai and possess the necessary legal authorization to work in the UAE.
