Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and hiring processes, implementing performance management systems, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
3. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Implement performance management systems and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
5. Oversee employee relations, including handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
7. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
8. Partner with department managers to address staffing needs and develop strategies for employee development and retention
9. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR management roles
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications
