Engineering Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Managers/Supervisors and subordinates.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, following established policies and procedures.
• Handle colleague grievances, suggestions, and complaints, recommending appropriate actions to improve our team’s experience.

Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain fire, life, and safety systems to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular checks on completed repair and maintenance work to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Ensure all documentation in the department is up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.

Budget & Data Management:

• Collect and analyze data for the preparation of P&L and Capex budgets.
• Monitor store stock and goods-receiving processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Take initiative to manage energy efficiently and control systems effectively.

Collaborative Support:

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to your team when needed.
• Monitor the performance of external maintenance contractors to ensure top-notch service.

Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader or similar for 3-4 years.
• Diploma/Certificate or similar
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
