Job Responsibilities:
As a Food & Beverage Manager at Accor, the responsibilities include:
- Training and developing the food & beverage team in departmental operating standards.
- Maintaining a presence in the outlets during operating hours.
- Focusing on improving the overall flow of food & beverage operations and seeking ways to maximize productivity and energy savings.
- Leading and supporting employees in achieving financial, operational, and service delivery targets.
- Creating a positive work environment, motivating and engaging employees to deliver the best possible service and provide feedback and suggestions.
- Adhering to company policies related to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
- Driving the performance of the food & beverage team members, including conducting performance appraisals, coaching, counseling, and performance management.
- Ensuring teamwork within the department with a sales-focused attitude.
- Reviewing guest comments and feedback, communicating with team members, and implementing procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Having full knowledge of all products and services provided by the property and in the local area.
- Adhering to company credit policies to secure expected revenues.
- Effective recruitment, selection, and training for all positions within the department.
- Handling guest concerns and reacting quickly to guarantee memorable moments for guests.
Qualifications:
- Service-focused personality is essential, and previous leadership experience is required.
- Prior experience working with Opera, Micros, or a related system.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and networking abilities.
- Ability to lead by example and believe in a strong team culture.
