Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities include assisting in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage Operations team, supervising and delegating duties, ensuring brand standards are maintained, liaising with the kitchen for food quality, and conducting checks to manage inventory.
You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the outlet meets sanitation and safety regulations, managing restaurant staff’s work schedules, conducting regular inspections, monitoring cash flow, settling outstanding bills, and resolving guest complaints.
Qualifications:
A service-focused personality is essential, along with a passion for food and beverage.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is considered an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, ability to lead by example, focus on guest needs, and knowledge in using Micros/POS system are important.
A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in the hotel industry is required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team are also crucial.
Additional Information:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
