Job Description:
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, visa processing, and maintaining personnel records. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Address employee queries related to benefits and liaise with benefit providers when necessary.
- Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and time-off requests. Keep accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, organizing company events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
