Duties and Responsibilities:

• HR Admin Excellence: Manage the day-to-day core HR Admin operations with precision and efficiency.
• Visa and Documentation Guru: Oversee the end-to-end process of employee and visa requirements, including employment visas, residence permits, work permits, and more.
• Streamlined Processes: Handle employment labor contracts, visa applications, medical appointments, and insurance with ease, ensuring everything is streamlined.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations in all HR-related matters.
• Onboarding Success: Ensure smooth new joiner formalities and keep essential documents updated in the system.
• Effective Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management for seamless HR-related reporting and correspondence.
• Government Liaison: Interact with government authorities, immigration agencies, external service providers, and PRO to expedite visa and permit processing.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries, issues, and concerns related to visas, providing prompt guidance and solutions.
• Immigration Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest UAE immigration laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Confidentiality Matters: Maintain impeccable employee records while practicing strict confidentiality at all times.

Job Specifications:

• Experience Counts: Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Visa Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in UAE visa processes and procedures.
