Roles & Responsibilities:
As an HR professional in this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Process:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- HR Programs and Initiatives:
- Supporting the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Employee Relations:
- Assisting with employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving employee complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with HR software.
