Job Description:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Assisting the Recruitment Manager for the complete cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Performing all other HR administration tasks assigned by the manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Recruitment background in construction and automation is mandatory for this position.
• Smart and proactive.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to join immediately.
• Bachelors’ Degree and Masters in HRM required.
