HR Executive Full Time

Job Description:

• Updating employee salary and benefits information.
• Following the monthly and daily task list to complete all assigned tasks.
• Assisting in the management of the recruitment process to ensure timely and suitable candidate placement.
• Developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates, as well as preparing personal files for colleagues.
• Responsible for on-the-job orientation and induction for new hires.
• Managing HR administration such as starters and leavers process.
• Coordinating employment residence visa, renewals, visa medicals, and termination of employment in conjunction with the PRO team.
• Ensuring all new employees’ information is maintained and updated in HRIS.
• Following up with staff regarding passport renewals.
• Ensuring that all staff files are maintained, checked, and updated regularly, and all relevant documents are valid.
• Assisting in the administration of employee exit procedures to ensure leavers receive their final dues in accordance with UAE labor law.
• Reviewing vacation balance, ticket entitlement, comparing to document expiry, and forwarding for payroll purposes.
• Preparing attendance, discrepancies, amendments, and backups in coordination with Paymaster for payroll purposes.
• Coordinating in-house transfers and promotions.
• Resolving grievances or queries from employees, escalating as necessary.
• Tracking applications/resumes from acceptance through final disposition.
• Disseminating information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Handling all related administrative responsibilities.
• Conducting and organizing various corporate and social activities.
• Supervising other HR personnel to ensure effective job performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the civil construction industry in UAE.
• Education level: Higher secondary school, Diploma, Equivalent.
• Software proficiency: Knowledge of HRIS, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Expertise in communication skills, time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, handling confidential information, and integrity.
