Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Branch Human Resources Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership and Strategic Guidance:
   • Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs.
2. Policy and Procedure Compliance:
   • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
3. Human Resource Strategy:
   • Direct and carry out the organization’s human resource strategy in support of its overall business plan and strategic goals.
4. Performance Management:
   • Oversee the performance management system’s correct implementation and offer the necessary facilitation and support.
5. Change Management and Succession Planning:
   • Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.
6. Employee Relations:
   • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
7. Global HR Leadership:
   • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or another related discipline.
• A Master’s degree is a plus, as well as a related field or CIPD or SHRM certification.
• 10+ years of experience in the Energy and Oil Trading industry in Human Resources roles, including 5 years of managerial experience in the UAE.
