Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Executive in this role, the key responsibilities include:

1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
   • Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
   • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screening and Interviews:
   • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. End-to-End Recruitment:
   • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers.
5. Candidate Pipeline:
   • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
6. Recruitment Activities:
   • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
7. Stay Updated:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adept at building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews. The candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
