Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Manager – IT Office Operations, your primary responsibilities are:
- To oversee the day-to-day service delivery and operations of the IT department. You will ensure the consistent delivery of IT support services to Atlantis Dubai. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the staffing schedule and resource planning for the entire IT team, ensuring adequate coverage across all internal IT functions and both Atlantis hotels.
- Overseeing IT portfolio management, which includes IT asset inventory, capacity planning, IT licensing, IT procurement, contract renewals, and financial P&L reviews.
- Coordinating all operational and capital expense budgets.
- Leading performance management for direct reports and assisting in talent selection and succession planning.
- Acting as an IT business partner, providing guidance for planning, executing, and following through on tactical IT projects, whether initiated by IT or other departments.
- Facilitating meetings with departmental stakeholders and champions to identify automation and operational improvements.
Experience & Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to related businesses or technologies.
- Proven experience in team management and office operations, including staff scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
- A strong understanding of IT processes, administrative tasks, IT service delivery, and project management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- An IT background or a strong understanding of IT processes and service delivery/project management (advantageous).
- A diploma or degree in computer science or business management (preferable).
