Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all members are aligned and on track.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
