Sales Manager (Hospitality) Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our entire product range and services.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database for targeted sales tactics and product awareness initiatives.
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities, recommending appropriate plans to manage influencing trends.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain an active after-sales plan.
• Foster strong working relationships both internally and externally, prioritizing the needs of existing and long-term partners.
• Represent the company in relevant trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
• Propose innovative ideas and deploy strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales processes, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project initiatives.
• Provide support in service recovery and crisis communication challenges.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing functions and LT brand events.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports outlining actions taken, planned activities, financial gains, and upcoming events.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in sales management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining customer databases.
