Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Specialist for a growing restaurant brand.
• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline for customer acquisition and retention.
• Managing social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, creating and editing content, and maintaining a social media calendar.
• Interacting with customers, responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Managing Google Business profile, monitoring customer reviews, and executing crisis management strategies for handling negative feedback.
• Analyzing customer behavior, sales trends, and other ROI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the industry.
• Promoting special events, discounts, and menu changes to both new and existing clients.
• Actively pursuing leads and closing sales through various channels including social media accounts and WhatsApp.
• Identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships through cold-calling and RFP submissions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and clients for partnerships and collaborations.
• Preparing data-driven reports for management, focusing on sales targets and ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role focusing on both sales and marketing in the UAE.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics.
• Strong proficiency in social media advertising as well as traditional sales methods.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Demonstrated experience and a genuine passion for the restaurant and food industry.
