Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Events will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of events that showcase Mubadala Health’s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Marketing, they will be responsible for ensuring that events are well-organized, efficient, and meet the needs of different departments and employee groups.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, brand positioning, aspirations, and values.
• Manage the procurement process related to events and activities, from initial vendor selection to successful payment and contract management.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of events, including conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, and town hall meetings.
• Develop and manage event budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Work with subject matter experts to create compelling and relevant event content, presentations, and materials.
• Manage logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual equipment, and technology setup.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase event participation and engagement.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events.
• Lead and supervise a team of event coordinators and support staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role, overseeing (physical) events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to be hands-on in a complex operational environment.
