In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge social media strategies, managing online patient communication, enhancing patient education, ensuring patient satisfaction, and meticulous documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts.
- Engage with our online community through patient contact and communication.
- Craft, proofread, and edit compelling copy for various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Create, edit, publish, and share diverse content, including text, images, and videos.
- Oversee the management of all company social media accounts.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, monitoring key metrics, and generating comprehensive reports.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices.
- Design educational materials for patients and staff.
- Facilitate patient communication by sending pre and post-operative photos via WhatsApp or email.
- Monitor and report on patient reviews, feedback, satisfaction surveys, and complaints.
- Coordinate marketing and facility events, managing logistics, registrations, and agency/vendor coordination.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and basic image editing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and managing paid campaigns.
