We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Interior Fit-Out projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of fit-out, refurbishment, design, and build projects within the retail, restaurant, and commercial sectors. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective coordination between clients, project sites, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and various project stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and obtain occupancy certificates for completed fit-out works.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the design process, spanning conceptualization, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specifications, and project administration through to completion.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, encompassing scope, procurement, communication, time, risk, project human resources, and project closure.
- Enforce compliance with rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety protocols, and uphold exceptional quality standards at project sites.
- Develop and maintain a project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Effectively manage the project budget.
- Maintain regular communication with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit regular production update reports, including daily activities, deviations from targets, returns, and related issues.
- Review and prepare method statements and quality control plans, ensuring materials meet quantity and quality requirements. Monitor and control materials release from suppliers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects for restaurants, retail, and commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in quotation and tender submissions.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Immediate availability for joining.
- Strong experience in Retail and F&B Fit-Out projects.
