Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR professional in the education sector, your key responsibilities will include:

1. HR Policies and Procedures:
   • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the education sector.
2. Recruitment and Selection:
   • Manage recruitment and selection processes for teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
3. Orientation and Training:
   • Coordinate and conduct orientation and training programs for new and existing employees.
4. Employee Relations:
   • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Payroll and Benefits:
   • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Performance Management:
   • Administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
7. Legal Compliance:
   • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to the education sector.
8. Record Keeping and Confidentiality:
   • Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Certification in HR management is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
