Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR policies and procedures, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations
Administer employee benefits and payroll processing
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite
